Built for applicants with real evidence to show
MeriApply helps people across the UK turn real experience into scholarship, NHS and grant applications funders can trust. It drafts from your own documents, and you review every draft before anything is sent.
Why we built MeriApply
Strong candidates often lose out for a simple reason: their evidence is scattered across CVs, transcripts, reports and references, and every application asks for it in a different shape. Writing each one from scratch takes weeks.
General AI writing tools make that faster, but they also make it easy to submit confident text that is not really yours. Funders notice, and many now publish rules on how AI may be used.
MeriApply takes a different route. You upload your documents once. It matches you to opportunities, then drafts application material that cites what you actually did, so you can check every sentence before anything is sent.
What we hold ourselves to
Four commitments that shape every feature we ship.
Grounded in your evidence
Every claim in a draft points back to a document in your vault, so nothing is generic filler or invented experience.
You stay in control
You review every draft and submit it yourself. Auto-submit is optional, and only available where the funder allows it.
Built for the UK
Language, dates and compliance cues follow UK expectations, and each funder’s AI policy is taken into account.
Private by default
We follow UK GDPR, are registered with the ICO, and our privacy policy sets out exactly how your documents are used.
