Applications that prove what you’ve done.
MeriApply turns your CV and records into evidence-grounded applications for UK scholarships, NHS roles and research grants. Every claim cites your own documents. You review it, then submit.
Free to start. No card needed.
Opportunities from funders including Gates Cambridge, UKRI, Wellcome Trust, NHS trusts, the Leverhulme Trust and the British Council.
Everything an application needs, in one workspace
From the documents you already have to a submitted application, without copying and pasting between tools.
Your experience, organised as evidence
Upload your CV, transcripts, certificates and references once. MeriApply extracts the facts into a vault you can check, edit and reuse in every application.
- PDF and Word files up to 10MB each
- Facts grouped by education, experience, leadership and research
- Confirm or edit anything before it is used in a draft
Strong candidates lose out on paperwork
Strong applications get held back by the same three problems, and each one has a practical fix.
The blank page
You have the experience, but turning it into 500 words that prove it takes days.
How MeriApply helps: Upload your CV, transcripts and certificates once. MeriApply extracts the facts into your vault, so every draft starts from what you have already done.
Generic templates
A copied template reads like every other application the panel sees that week.
How MeriApply helps: Drafts are written against each funder's own criteria and cite the evidence in your vault, so every claim points back to a document you uploaded.
Missed deadlines
You find the right opportunity three days before it closes, or after.
How MeriApply helps: Browse 500+ UK opportunities with a fit score from 0 to 100 and a clear deadline, and track every application in one place.
From CV to submitted application in three steps
You stay in control at every step. Nothing is sent without your review.
Step 1: Upload your documents
Add your CV, transcripts and certificates as PDF or Word files, up to 10MB each. MeriApply extracts your qualifications, experience and achievements into your vault.
Step 2: Pick a matched opportunity
Each opportunity shows a fit score and deadline. Choose one and MeriApply writes a strategy brief, then drafts each section citing facts from your vault.
Step 3: Review and submit
Every packet is checked for quality and the funder's AI policy. You review it and submit it yourself, or turn on auto-submit and approve it, where the funder allows. Where a funder prohibits AI, you get an outline only, never a generated draft.
One workspace for three kinds of application
Each funder asks for something different. MeriApply knows the format and criteria for each type, and drafts from the same evidence vault.

Questions, answered
Plans, privacy and how MeriApply handles your applications.
Which scholarships and opportunities do you cover?
We cover 500+ UK scholarships, NHS roles, research grants, and business funding—including Gates Cambridge, Wellcome Trust, UKRI, Innovate UK, Leverhulme, British Council, and many more. New opportunities are added weekly. Pro covers all scholarship applications. Pro+ adds NHS job, research grant and business grant applications on top of everything in Pro.
What is the vault and how does it work?
The vault is your personal evidence store. You upload your CV, transcripts, and certificates. Our AI extracts facts—qualifications, experience, achievements—into structured data. Every AI-generated draft cites your vault, so each claim points back to a document you uploaded. You review every draft before it is used.
Does MeriApply submit applications for me?
Only if you choose to. Every packet passes quality and policy checks, and you can review and download it, then submit it yourself. If you turn on auto-submit (you can change this in Settings), MeriApply submits where the funder allows it. Funders that prohibit AI-assisted applications are always manual-only.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We're UK GDPR compliant and registered with the ICO. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never train AI models on your data. You can delete your vault and account at any time.
How does the fit score work?
The fit score (0–100) shows how well an opportunity matches your vault profile. It considers eligibility criteria, your qualifications, experience, and what the funder values. A higher score means stronger alignment—but you can still apply to lower-scoring opportunities if you choose.
